The torny green grass is Mengkuang, used to make the traditional weaving carpet called Tikar Mengkuang. The background building is an IPP company, Powertek Berhad (independent power producer) located at Telok Gong. Yes, Pengkalan Balak just few km ahead of Telok Gong. There are shots that I think you forgot to put in here, the old Chinese graveyards and the Indian cemetery!
